New appeal regulations on family visit visa confirmed
The UK government has today confirmed that new regulations to restrict appealsagainst refusals of family visit visas have been officially ‘laid in Parliament’. Immigration Appeals (Family Visitor) Regulations set out who qualifies for a full right of appeal against refusal of a visa to visit family in the UK. Last week the Home Office announced a majorimmigration clampdown on family migration.
