I apply for asylum 2006 in united kingdom.
After asylum with in 2 weeks I am too ill.I go to hospital and?first time Diagnoses ?POEMS Syndrome with Hypogonadism, Hypoadrenalism, Hypothyroidism, Diabetes 2,?Hypertension, Plasmacytoma treated with radiotherapy T3/T4.
That time I can not walk.HOME OFFICE do not?refusal.March 2007 my case go to in legacy. April 2011 I recived first refusal,no reason, no appeal,?only write NO BASIS OF STAY IN THE UK. after I get advice from solicitor. He wrote a letter to HOME?OFFICE

We submit our client's case should be considerered in line with paragraph 353 of the immigration?rules and if the refusal is maintained then a right of appeal be granted.
Additionally, our client has?been diagnosed with POEMS Syndrome. he reciving regular treatment & have neen some improvements.?Please note that the treatment is not available in his home country & he would find it extremely?difficlt to find the medicine in his country as it is it not easily available; and failure to access
?the medicine would cause threat to his life.please find enclosed a letter from doctor & medical letters

this letters send to home office ?april 2011. but still no answer.ring to H.Office,?email to case assurance & audit unit,present you have no outstanding applications with CAAU.I am?disable person & housebound. The best thing is for Mr P m of London to do is see the nearest Citizens Advice Bureau for advice on how to push his claim.? There has been publicity over the end of the Legacy Scheme but if his papers are already under consideration the he might still get approval under it.?
