Who Can Purchase Real Properties?

3. Foreigners who have acquired Filipino citizenship under the Dual Citizenship Law
4. Broker Accreditation and Commission
5. Foreigners/ Foreign-owned corporations ? limited to purchase of condominium units only, provided that the buyer?s total ownership does not exceed 40% of the Condominium Building or Corporation.

To all asking for specific areas,, either keep coming back to Balita Pinoy's foreclosed section daily as new lists go up as soon as they are received. The only thing is we have no control on what is actually offered, just that we endeavor to place the info up as soon as we get it. Also, instead of having to come back daily, subscribe to the RSS facility, it's free and sinple and gives you alerts to your desktop so you can see what is posted as and when it happens. Just go above the comments here and look for the small RSS button and click on it placing it in your RSS reader or dragging it there - or copy the following URL into your RSS reader: This way you will see the headlines of each placement as they go up and can decide to look or ignore
