CA reminds Ombudsman on Neri's motion for reconsideration

The Court of Appeals (CA) on Monday reminded the Office of the Ombudsman (Ombudsman) for sitting on the motion for reconsideration filed by Social Security System (SSS) president Romulo Neri about the six-month suspension without pay imposed against him in connection with the controversial botched US$329.5-million NBN-ZTE deal.
