FORECLOSURE AUCTION: UnionBank properties in Visayas and Mindanao

Unionbank are holding their latest auction of VISMIN foreclosed properties on the 18th June 2011.

This to be held simultaneously in four separate locations:

Bacolod City, the Business Inn on Lacson St, Cebu City, the Cebu Country Club, Cagayan de Oro City, the VIP Hotel, Don Apolina?Velez St and Zamboanga City, Grand Astoria Hotel, Mayor Jaldon St.

The usual Unionbank terms for foreclosed properties apply, that is 10% deposit, financing up to 15 years and "show money" P20,000 per property to bid.
